If you don't replace them, the stock shocks will blow over time due to the stiffer spring rate and the shorter spring, which will place more stress on the stock shock that wasnt designed for the extra work.
I'd get Koni Yellows over Koni Reds, due to their adjustability, which would be much more useful in the long run.

Re: to koni red or not (regimeow)
Well reds are adjustable too, just not externally gotta take em off and push it in and turn blah blah blah. I know i dont need the yellows cuz its just a daily driver, im just trying to make my ride comfortable with better than stock handling.

If it was me w/ my car I would get new shocks as well.
For one I would want to do the install all at the same time instead of ripping everything apart twice to replace the shocks if/when one of the stock shocks blows. Also I believe suspention is one place where you shouldnt cheep out and cut corners. Yes I beleive the Pro-Kit claims compatability w/ stock shocks but I would still want something better matched to the springs I am putting on the car.
Just FYI- Koni Reds are non adjustable (or at least not externally). If you want something adjustable (a plus in my book for a daily driver if thats what this is) look at KYB AGX or Koni Yellows. GL

I"ve been thinking about it Im most likely going to get shocks. But i think koni reds should be sufficient for a daily driver. That brings me to the next question, who has had them and how do they like the different settings?

am i in the wrong forum with this question? If people have used it please specify if you adjusted it and what kind of ride quality you are getting. Thanks.

I have Tokico Illuminas on my car and I like the ease of adjustability, and you can really feel the difference. They're 5 way adjustable so you have pretty good options that I think are second only to adjustable coilovers.
Illumina's, AGX's, or Koni Yellows, are all good options.
