Default align now or later?

I need an alignment bad, but I'm getting new wheels soon. Do you think it's okay to get the alignment before i get my new wheels or should I wait? It'd be really nice to be able to get the alignment done tomorrow because I'll have plenty of time to do it. I'm going from 14in to 15in if that means anything. Thanks.

if youre getting new wheels and tires, why not try to find a place that will give you an alignment for free or part of a cheaper package all together?

Saves a trip back. Might as well get it all done at the same time while your car is at the place. Might even get a deal on the alignment with the tires mounted and balanced at the same place. Common sense yo

That's assuming he's having the same shop mount and balance his new tires to new wheels. He didn't say that so why would I assume that?

Why not have it done all at the same place than drive here and there and all over the place to get **** done that can be done at the same place and probably for a far cheaper price?

Stop trying to find stupid ways to prove me wrong.

How do you know his rims aren't coming with tires mounted. Stop ASSUMING stupid scenarios just to feel right.

His question was based on whether or not new wheels and tires would facilitate the need to realign the car. The answer is no, the new wheels don't affect alignment at all, so you may as well just get the alignment done now, then put the wheels on later.
