colors arent the same and NOS doesnt have a heat transducer but you should get the idea...

there should be a pic of a line with a box and then another line, this is the coil, then a line that is broke, with it angled u,p then another line, this would be your normally open contact.

on a common car relay you would have 85, and 86 being your coil(aka wires that you would hook your toggle swith to, on would go from the +12v then to the switch, then to the relay85, then the other side would go to ground).

And a set of 30, and 87, usually 87 is the normally open contact(the wire that would come from the battery would go to 30, then from 87 you would go to the bottle heater main power), if there is another terminal this would be 87a most likely, and that is usually your normally closed contact.

your relay may be different, but as long as your arm switch goes to the coil, and your power from the battery, goes to one side of the of the normally open contact, then the other side of the contact to th bottle heater, you will be cool
