i tried some searching but all i got was stuff for sale but,

If get the B16b engine and i have the OBD2 civic it should hook straight up and go right?

if not what would i need to get it working?

nah it wouldn't be, it'll be between a 96-98 civic hatch, so what would i need to do to get it wired for vtec?

 

I don't think it'll be a matter of hook it up and go.
Vtec will be an issue.
I think you'll need an integra rear tranny/engine mount.
Appropriate axles and shifter linkage.
Proper ECU... and you can get tech on what wire and location you'll have to run from the ECU (and here's where I go out on a limb) one or two wires to the Vtec solenoid and pressure switch on the head.
In my research the CTR has the baddest B series tranny, you're lucky.
That's all I can think of in my experience.
