Sorry for the noob question. Hydro locked my D16 in my sol, How much work is involved in putting a B16 into my car? I know the B16 came stock in some del sols but i was wondering what was needed and how difficult it would be to put it in?

 

its the same as any b series in any eg. the only part where the del sol differs from any other eg is the shift linkage. get del sol vtec linkage, and search for the rest.

 

for my swap in my 93 civic si i used stock acura mounts and i used the stock civic driver side mount

 

to put the b16 in the delso a few things need to change is #1 what is the b16 depending on wat it came out of ur going to need to change the mount bracket near the timing bolt u can use the stock mounts driver side tranny side and rear .....suggest u upgrade or put inserts in ur going to need 94-00 integra rear bracket b series axles and shift linkage and ur goin to need ac mount bracket and front lower tranny bracket
