Nice question.

16 base ignition timing then retard .75 degree's per psi of boost. Of course you won't know optimum timing to be at unless you are on a dyno.

37 degrees at 22 PSI and You'll be set.......for a new engine.

Dyno tuning is the only way and not every engine reacts the same way on the same timing
