Default Timing & Street Tuning

Before anyone calls me on it....I searched. Found some info but not what I am looking for.

I will be street tuneing my sc300 soon and with the understanding of AFR in and out of vaccume and the management I am useing, I now need to learn some about timing.

Right now the car is on SAFC and is being swapped out for MAP-ECU. I plan on tuneing @ 15psi and I beleive that the timing is stock right now & the car is dyno tuned @ 18 psi. I could be wrong about the timing and need to know what to check and how to correct the timing for my psi. The motor is equipped with adjustable cam gears which are set at zero.

Note: I will not continue on with tuning until I fully understand what needs to be done with timing. Also I would like to tune the car as I prefer to do all of my own work if possible.

Ok so why are you on a Honda forum then. I am sure there are yota forums for your car.

First start off by getting rid of a super afc and get something better

I know there are forums for my car but h-t is a great place to get a variety of answeres since it is so large and much of the tuneing is similar.
