BKR7E (6097), the best part is they already come gapped @ .030 and the BKR7E-11 are gapped @ .044 i think... which is way too much.

Correct, only difference is the gapping.

Good to know about the gapping.

So .30 would be a good gap for a LS turbo.

Gotta pick some of these up to for my project.

First off it's gaPPing!!!!!!!!

Secondly, You never trust a plug that is "pre-gapped". No matter what, always check to make sure the gap is correct.

I used to GAP my LS-T plugs(BKR7E's sn6097) at .030 on low boost. You may need to experiment w/ the gap some to find the right spot.(no breakup etc.). Good luck.

Good to know Phil. I don't plan on running much boost on my stock LS anyway. 6-8psi daily. And occasionally possibly turn it up to 11-12psi. I will try different gaps if these don't run well on my setup.

Sounds good. You may have to close em' up a little on the 11-12 psi runs though. Stock LS's are the S*%t! I loved mine and if it weren't for the rev capabilities (and me not having an LS trans) I'd go back to one(not stock but, straight LS). I loved the torque.

I would use the same plug (heat range) but maybe gapped @ .035 (start form there and see what happens).
