to much fuel

Default to much fuel

i just put my new motor in ls/vtec. it is obd2b and its getting way to much fuel and sounds like it is mis firing. and it shacks really bad. any help. thanks inadvance. and im using an ls ecu for the break in of the new motor.

which ECU are you using?
how do you know it's getting way to much fuel?
is the CEL on?

im using a obd2b ls ecu and its got fuel dripping off the plugs when i pull them out. the only cell i have on is a axillary input and out put.

Timing is what did this to me but Im not running ls/vtec.

timing is good i just check it again and its dead on. it was one tooth off but i changed it and it still does it. i took off the charcoal canister would that have anything to do with it. it runs a little bit better but its still not right. it sounds like a v8 and it shacks like whoa.
and its 84.5 mm block 9.5-1 compression with a stock gsr head would that have any thing to do with it.
