Default Handling/Suspension upgrades

I live in the boonies of Ohio with some very nice twisties in the area. It would be fair to say that I enjoy a spirited drive

So these are my questions

1) I have heard that Koni Yellows are about the best bang for your buck. Is this so? I have no plans on lowering the car because we battle snow at least 4 months out of the year.

2) What about strut bars and other braces? Are they a good idea? Does it really matter if you buy a cheap one off of ebay or the hundred dollar Neuspeeds?

Other suspension and handling ideas will be greatly appreciated. I will ask about wheels and tires in a separate thread.

A strut bar is a strut bar is a strut bar. It's a solid peice of metal, even OBX can't mess that up. The only issue would probaly be fittment. As far as lowering why not get coil-overs then. Their quality has increased over the years, and you can lower it during the summer, and raise it in the winter.
