stut tower bar question
I know to install a strut tower bars u have to preload the suspension on a lowered car because when the car is on the ground it is already stressing the chassis because it is lower,( correct me if I am wrong) but if i preload the suspension by putting it on blocks, the car will be sitting on it's lowest point which is already low in the first place. How can I do this correctly.
ps: does the same go for the rear lower strut bar

uhhhh when i took off my GSR stock bar to put on cai, it just popped right off. I dont think theres a need to load the suspension or anything, just get that thing on
Im not an expert though

I don't understand your question exactly, but I get the idea of what you're saying. Since the strut bar is to increase the rigidity of the chassis you'd want to put it on when the suspension was UNloaded, rather than have the suspension twisting the chassis.
So what I'd do is put the car on jackstands (all four corners) and put the strut tower bars on then. I'd say this applies to any structural reinforcements (upper/lower bars, whatever)
