Did 5 lug conversion on my 95 integra gsr and now all shocks are bottoming out?
i have a feeling its the bushings or something that was replaced... i had a shop do it... anything that could of been on the 5 lug that was swapped over that would be causing this? my stock trailing arms are still on.
i hate answering posts that have no info about the car...what shocks are we talking about here? oem itr, oem ctr, aftermarket....the more the better.
anyway, there arnt any bushings except the a-arm pair, lca, and trailing arm. Doubt those will give you bottoming out problems. I believe its in your suspension set-up.

is there any advantage of going from 4 to 5 lugs?
can't really think of tremendous compelling reason to do so. except prolly for the rims not available with the 4lugs and i think it's not very cheap as well.

i dont know if its something mental but an extra lug makes the car look 100% different to me... and whenever i look at cars i look at if they are 4 or 5 lug

Larger rotors and bigger calipers; and bling.
Do you have a camber kit? Check to see if the A-arm isn't hitting the frame in the front.
