Default dent in hood, estimate?

Some dude wanted me to pop the hood and he lifted it up and put it on the stand this happened....

(I circled the dent)

I didn't even notice till later that afternoon. I don't understand how the stand could of done this but the dent is exactly where it fits in.

Can anyone give me an estimate of how much you think it would cost to repair? Should I attempt it myself? I'm a sleeper so no carbon fiber.

Thanks

You can still be a sleeper with a cf hood, just paint it

in fact, that would add sleeper points
