No Spark No Fuel (Did search and no help)

No Spark No Fuel (Did search and no help)
The other day I drove my car home and went inside for like 2 hours and came back out to start it and got nothing. I have a 92 Civic CX hatchback.
Here is a list of what I checked so far:
-Tried 3 different ECU's (2 P06 and 1 P05)
-Check Thermostat hosing ground, tranny ground + valve cover ground wire
-checked all fuses under hood and inside car (No Fuses were blown)
-(If fuses were not blown then I most likely don't have a short)
-changed main relay (Brand new from Honda $50)
-changed 2 other relays that were under steering wheel from ones that in my friends running car
-changed distributor
-checked all plugs on the harness going to the motor.
The only thing is that I hear the motor cranking but its still not starting. I checked the spark plug wire and getting no spark. When I put the key into acc on the ignition switch I should hear the fuel pump prime but it doesn't turn on. I jump the the harness where the main relay goes to and the fuel pump does turn on but stays on constantly. Another thing is that when I turn the key the CEL stays on constantly and doesn't turn off so I can't really jump the ECU and get codes.
PLEASE Need help bad. Don't really have money to bring to shop. If it helps I have a DX motor in my hatch. THANKX for any USEFUL information.

Sure you can, why wouldn't you be able to? What trouble code does it have stored?

Well thanks for the imput. I don't know which wire broke exactly but one of the wires in my main harness broke and when I switched it with a spare one I had around the car it started right up. This might help people who have this problem in the future.
