Default help with removing bolts!

i'm working on removing my old cat-back and am having trouble removing the three bolts holding the b-pipe onto the cat, they are all rusted and whatnot, what all methods have you guys used, or can you think of that i can try to remove them. i do not have an air compressor so anything involving one is out. thanks!

PB Blaster,
WD-40,
Air Hammer,
Gas Torch,

Try in that order.

that's about right.you can also substitute a cutoff wheel for the Air Hammer/Torch part.

Actually, I have. Broke my stock header bolts loose with WD40 and a 1/2" ratchet to place a new gasket in between. But, my bolts didn't round off.
