you have to move it rearward about 1-2 inches. Which makes the tail pipe stick out a little more than normal but not obnoxious.
Also if you go too far back with the muffler the top of the loop hits the rear bumper brace. REALLY annoying.
The EG6 (real one) has LCAs that are identical to the ITR. But the shock mounting position is a little different.
If I had a digital camera I'd take a pic for you.
**edit** To clarify, the EG6 rear LCA looks identical to the ITR, but the actual location of the shock mounting hole is slightly different than the ITR.

i've got the skunk2 21mm sway bar with a Worldsport exhaust (2.5" piping) and ITR lca's and my bar barely clears the piping before the exhaust canister (rattles once in while though when the idle's rough)...
sorry, only pic i have rite now but i'll try to get one showing how close it is to the exhaust.

yesterday i put a knockoff Twin Loop on my hatch, which has a GSR rear sway bar on it.the ITR bar is very similar in shape and placement to the GSR bar,so this is a close comparison.
obviously if you get a real Mugen rear section, you have no choice where the piping goes, and i can't say if it will hit.
if you're getting one of the knockoff Twin Loops, you can make the piping clear everything, although it is tight.
my suggestion is a knockoff muffler and custom piping so you can ensure everything fits.
if you want i can take pics of my setup.

it should clear just fine.. i have a mugen 1st gen muffler on a itr b-pipe with itr lca's and 23mm itr sway bar.
as long as the twin loop is for the eg6 you should be fine. because they make it clear both the jdm eg6 and also the usdm model civics>>remember jdm eg6's have itr rear lca's so you should be just fine.

HT user MugenEG (Chad) is using a Mugen twinloop on his hatch, and couldn't fit the ITR rear sway because of it.

I dunno, he's ghetto as hell!
Actually, I don't know. He's pretty meticulous when it comes to that project, so I'd assume he did, but I'd have to ask him. We were just talking about this last weekend too.

here are a few pics i took when i welded up everything.i know it's not exactly the info you're looking for,but the pics of the whole system would be good for comparison with the bends of the Mugen system.i'll take pics of the muffler and piping in realtion to the swaybar when i get the car back in the shop.if you'll notice the "hump" in the piping right before the muffler, that was necesary to clear the swaybar.

i know the tip looks cheesy.i wanted something as stealth as possible,so i just chopped off what stuck out for now.later when i have more time i'll cut off the duasl wall tip and just weld on a 2.5" tip.
