Go to the type-r forum and do a search. There is plenty of information on this. Bottom line, depends on what you want to do with the car and what you want out of it...

Build ur top end, upgrade valves, springs, retainers, and port/polish ur head. I would then go with JUN 3's or TODA C's and tune ur motor. That should make some crazy power! Be careful if you are to go with JUN's i have seen a lot of ppl shatter their JUN's when not upgrading with the JUN valvetrain. I have even seen some shatter with JUN's valvetrain upgrade.
