Well i was wondering, since there is a hole on top of the transmission with a plastic black cap over it. Its located like right next to the passenger side motor mount on my swapped eg hatch. An i was wondering can i put manuel transmission fluid down threw that hole? Because i only need to put about half a quart in there an i lack the tools to do it the other way. By the way i put in a quart an a half in my b series gsr transmission today, was that enough?

you can put it through the VSS. i think it's easier that way. and BTW, you're supposed to put 2.5 quarts of tranny fluid

 

what is VSS? Is that the hole i was pointing out by change were the cap covers over top of it.

I dont know how to post pics, plus i dont have one, but if you click in the link there is a picture of a transmission with numbers labeling the parts. An number 5 shows a pictures of the plug were i think i can poor tranny fluid into. By the way were is this vss located.

take the plug out, and the 2 10mm bolt. you can pour the tranny fluid in there w/ a funnel
