Default Simulated narrow band w/ wideband question?

On my 2000 civic si. I have installed my zietronix WB and got it all wired up. I had the simulated narrowband output wired into the sensor signal on the o2 sensor harness. That was a week ago, now my check engine light is on. I am throwing code p0136 (secondary sensor circut malfunction) and p0137 ( secondary sensor low voltage) This is saying that the zeitronix sensor is not sending the simulated narrow band. I did a voltage test on the simulated narrowband output on the zietronix and it within voltage specs. I dont understand why these codes are being thrown if it is wired up correctly. Any body have any ideas?

Also i did the resistor trick on the heater circut of o2 sensor. But their are two other wires white/red and green/blue. I currently have the simulated narrowband hooked up to the white/red what do i do with the green/blue signal.

you need to somehow disable the o2 sensor heater.......are you using uberdata?

even i get the occasional o2 sensor code when running uberdata with closed loop disabled and the o2 heater disabled.
