Default Simulated narrowband output question

On my 2000 civic si. I have installed my zietronix WB and got it all wired up. I had the simulated narrowband output wired into the sensor signal on the o2 sensor harness. That was a week ago, now my check engine light is on. I am throwing code p0136 (secondary sensor circut malfunction) and p0137 ( secondary sensor low voltage) This is saying that the zeitronix sensor is not sending the simulated narrow band. I did a voltage test on the simulated narrowband output on the zietronix and it within voltage specs. I dont understand why these codes are being thrown if it is wired up correctly. Any body have any ideas?

Also i did the resistor trick on the heater circut of o2 sensor. But their are two other wires white/red and green/blue. I currently have the simulated narrowband hooked up to the white/red what do i do with the green/blue signal.

did you put the zeitronix on the secondary sensor? i suaully run the wideband in the primary sensor since that is more accurate regarding what comes out of the engine.
also as far as i know you need TWO wires hooked up to complete a circuit....at least that iwas what worked for me with widebands set up permanently in cars.

Yes i put the wideband in the secondary sensor. So when i hook up the simulated narrow band of the zietronix to the sensor signal wire going to the ecu, i will still have to complete that circut. Is that what the 4th wire is for.

Basically what i am asking is: Their are 4 wires two are for heater signal. And two are for the sensor signal. Are the two sensor signals one circut (does the output signal from the zietronix (or o2 sensor) go into the ecu, back to the sensor and the back to the ecu.) What do i hook the 4th wire to?

2 wires are for the ehater and 2 for the o2 sensor. if you have a wire left loose it wont make a circuit and you will get a check engine light.

the 2nsd pair of wires starts at the ecu, goes to teh o2 sensor, and then goes back to the ecu.
doesnt the zeitroniox have a 2 wire output for the narrowbadn out?
