i took off the 4 nuts on the tb and that darn thing just isn't budging... removed all the coolant lines from the fitv and it's just not moving...hmm tia

 

You'll probably find it's welded to the inlet manifold by the TB gasket. Try and get a small flat blade scredriver between the TB and IM and tap it gently with a hammer. Once it's in a little way, you should be able to prise it apart.

I like to tap it with my ****, that tends to loosen things up

hm, I've been working at it with a flat head and hammer. It's just not going anywhere at all. I'm wondering now if i forgot to unscrew something? Just those 4 nuts on the IM right? Along with the few hoses that i disconnected already. Helm's only shows those 4 nuts as well.

 

Yep, should only be 4 nuts in each corner of the TB, so it should just pop right off. Maybe just keep working at it, cause it should pop off

ya just hit it with a rubber mallet from different angles. it will come off
