already used the search button, not enough details on what I needed to know , before I installed my motor swap I haven't had a chance to see if my tranny is an open differential or lsd, although.. I remember I was jacking up my car and started the car, while it was running both of the tires began to spin in the same direction is this something normal, or do I have LSD? both of the tires spin the same direction, and I didn't use my hand to turn the wheels, help me out..

 

if it was in gear then yes they will spin the same way... pull the axles out... if you see a rod in the middle of the opening then you dont have lsd... if it has no rod and you can see through it with nothing in the way then you have lsd

I don't think I had the car in gear, tires just spun the same direction.
