LSD Questions
Hello guys,
I have a question..
Hmm I have an LSD tranny when ever I turn on like enter freeway on ramp the tires start to squeek only when I turn or enter the onramp freeway or try to exit a curb even a slow speeds..
Is that the LSD kicking in?? Cause my OLD ys1 gsr tranny didn't do that its the sound that you try to take a corner to fast that sound the tires squeek but I am doing it a very low speeds.

What kind of tires do you have? What pressure are they at? What suspension bits do you have on your car?
If you are squeeling your tires on turn in, check the nut behind the wheel. You may want to think about your driving style and hether or not you are turning in to quickly, you might be jerking the wheel which might feel good to you but it's the best way.
As for pulling out....slow down?
Cheers,
Sean

This is correct, a Honda LSD can't "kick in." Nor can any other LSD on the market. Subaru and Mitsubishi make Active Center Differentials, they're adjustable, but again are always present.

22psi? That's about 10psi to low, you might want to up that and see how it behaves.

Sean

heh, I remember when my I put my stock tires back on my accord, and they were underflated (after sitting in the garage for a year), they would squeal almost the entire time on the way to the gas station (to get air)
damn
i dont know about everybody else out there but damn
i would think that all suspension issues should be dealt with first before you start with the performance upgrades im suprised you didnt say you springs were cut down.
i curious to see f you have any pics of this beast?
