on my d16y8 intake manifold there is a sensor that has a hose running through it and the sensor sits on the fuel rail i have no idea what this does or why i didnt have one on my cx intake manifold any ideas? do i need this?

 

Look at your other thread, I just answered this.

Its not an egr valve, its an evap purge control soleniod valve and I think its only for obd2 cars so you dont really need it.
