Default Ebay Turbo Kits

Thinking about a turbo for my 1.8 non vtec and looking at these kits from a ss auto chrome (stone racing) on ebay. Anybody running these kits? If so, how's the quality? Fit & finish? Issues with installition? or any other info would be much appreachated.

You get what you pay for when it comes to turbo kits.

Set that money aside, save some more and buy a real kit. Those "Stone Racing" kits are 110% junk.

I don't see anything wrong with SSautochrome turbos, but I don't know about the kits.

whats it with people and buying prefab kits..they suck ****!...do your research...and piece together your own kit...you can make a real nice one for way cheaper than buying a kit..also you will learn alot whole more...and for pieces that you need to be customized there are alot of people who will help you fabricate for a fraction of the price

check out http://www.homemadeturbo.com

and stay away from SSAC

Garrett is a very good turbo on the market for a while now. I only trust them. When it come to force induction, you must be wise at choose mods. What's your power goal? you want a turbo that laggy but killer in the top end or something that have good low end power for daily driving. Most Honda go through VAFC-hack. Here's a list of what you will probably need. 1. DSM 450cc injector 2. VAFC 3. 255 Walbro fuel pump 4. Fuel Pressure Regulator 5. old honda Resistor box 6. boost gauge 7. boost controller 8. turbo, manifold, intercooler, wastegate 9. custom piping(if needed) 10. BOV 11. turbo clamp 12. etc. that I forgot. Most of this stuff is pretty cheap to get just do the research. I've seen someone go through this way for about $2000. Save some money (ohh yeah, get the car tune after every is done>>>very important)
