damn pinecone fell off the tree and dented my hood
ok.. so its hot and i prefer to park my car in the shade, which happens to be under big *** trees. today, i deactivate my alarm and noticed it must have went off earlier. so i check my car... no door dings or anything that havent already been there.
so i figure... false alarm. then i happen to step on pinecone pieces and notice a big *** half-sized pinecone that probably split in half when it hit my hood. right next to it, was a deep sharp dent the size of a pencil eraser. the center of the dent was pretty deep and looked like it an arrow tip hit the hood upon impact. damn, what a fricken eyesore!!
i havent popped my hood yet, but im guessing i cant tap it out... and i rather not spend $$ just to have a small dent repaired.. but damn its ugly. any tricks of the trade to get the ugly out?

Pics of the pinecone?
Just an excuse to totally repaint the car/get a CF hood. I know of shops that pop out some nasty dents for around 50 bucks. Call some up and get them to check it out.

Liquid Dent Remover. Heard nothing but good things about it.</TD></TR></TABLE>
Are you actually being serious??
A liquid that removes dents .. sounds pretty far fetched.
Maybe scratch remover or small chipped paint, but dents ..?
Weird if it's real though.
