Default LS Vtec question!!! NEED HELP BAD!

Ok I reacently bought a 90 integra with an LS vtec motor. 92 Ls block with a 96 GSR head. The motor is in the car but not completly. Alot of wiring is not done and Im sure that there is a ls distributor on it. But most importantly the wiring for the injectors looks like crap. I need some help. This friday Im pulling the motor out (since its half out) so I can look at the wiring harness. Also the throttle cable is still and ls cable and since this gsr head has the snail intake mani the bolts for the cable dont line up. Do I need a throttle cable from a gsr?

What did the previous owner do to it? Why is there still an LS distributor on? You need a VTEC B-series distributor. The LS throttle cable can still be used. Are the vacuum lines from the MAP sensor assembly disconnected?
