ok i got a 95 integra rs.. i jus put a gsr n and i have had a few different swaps n the car before everythin went fine. but now i can seem to figure what throttle cable to use. i have tried ls.. its wayy too long.. i got a used gsr cable & it didnt wrk. so i bought a new one and that one seemed way long too.. idk if im missin a holder or mount or what.. seemed jus way to long lemme kno thanks guys

 

You need this bracket along with your gsr cable



It mounts to your firewall. Grab it from any acura dealership.

 

Make sure you have the bracket on the throttle body also.

 

do you have to use the gsr throttle cable or could you get by with a ls ? i ask because i am in the middle of my ls vtec conversion right now and all i have is the ls cable

 

need the GSR cable

 

it all depends on the throtle body your using!!

 

i am using the one from my 2000 ls so keep the ls throttle cable or get a gsr ?

 

this is what i have so far its hard to see but ls throttle body on a gsr intake manifold

 

ok sweet.. i dnt have that. and i would seem like it would strech the cable out so it would work.. thanks man for the help..

you dont need this to work. my gsr dont even have it. i took it off to bolt my benen tri-pod on.

 

do you happen to have the part number for this bracket??

 

Do you have a gsr throttle body? or only the ls one?
