would this stuff be worth buying
i have a 95 civic ex with the 1.6 vtec.would these parts give me much of a horsepower gain

it would give you some, but most SOHC don't respond well to bolt ons, if you just save your money you could build a homemade turbo setup for under a grand and you'll be puttin down good numbers
