Default Which ITB is best for DIY ITB on a 2.0L B series Vtec Hayabusa? CBR?

Looking to do a DIY ITB for a 2.0 B series VTEC with high compression. I see the real ITB are like 50-52mm... I think all the motorcycle ones are smaller. But shouldnt we get something closest to 50 I assume? I hear the Hayabusa is 46mm i think. Is that a good choice? I hear it doesnt really need to be spaced apart either compared to other ones like the CBR 954. Well looking for advice on which ITB would work and fit best on a 2L motor high compression engine. Thanks for any help.

The Hayabusa is 46mm at the plate, but tapers down to a rather puny 42mm like the GSXR 1000. When you start dealing with built 2 liter motors, there really is no replacement for the high end setups. I'm working on a 48mm setup, but I don't expect it to be ready for a while.
