Default Compression & Leak down test results...

Well I had it done today at a local shop. Here are the results:

Compression:

Cylinder #1: 152
Cylinder #2: 146
Cylinder #3: 142
Cylinder #4: 153

Leak Down:

Cylinder #1: 5% (some rings)
Cylinder #2: 13% (mostly rings, plug)
Cylinder #3: 10% (mostly rings)
Cylinder #4: 3-4% (some rings)

The guy who did the tests seemed pretty surprised at the results. The car is a 91' CRX Si (d16a6) w/ 150,000 miles on it. I plan on keeping it for a daily driver w/ the only mods being I/H/E and some suspension work for auto-x. In the next 2 or 3 years I would like to get a b16 and build it to swap...I'm in no hurry though. Would you spend any money on this engine, if so...what? What do you recommend to get it running as smoothly as possible for the next couple of years? Thanks for any suggestions

New rings, rehone the walls if they are in acceptable condition, new bottom end bearings, etc etc.
