Yup my buddy has one in his VX. He's contemplating getting a new roof skin, or a new car all together, b/c he's so sick of it leaking on his stuff.

 

I've seen it in person, and I even remember asking about it, but I don't remember if it's an aftermarket or an OEM add on.

if it was after market it wouldnt go into the roof, most aftermarkets dont slide anyway, it must be an OEM add on

First, there are different types of sunroofs. Classified under sunroofs, is the moonroof, which is what you are referring to since it tilts up as well as slides into the roof (glass top), tilt and slide (has roof metal over it otherwise similar), pop-ups (self explanatory), and blah, blah.
