Default B16 Idle problem.

hi, i have a idle problem which only occurs when the car is cold, when is warms up it is ok. I took the TB off and cleaned it out, re-set throttle cable, but still have a problem????

any ideas on what it can be.

what is the "problem"? is it idling at 9000rpm? is it bogging from 200-3000rpm? be more specific if you want someone to help.

Drops to about 100rpm and then rises to 1200rpm, it fluctuates around this area until it gets warm then it stops and idles normally???

I remember my b16 used to do this...then I bought a new radiator and it stopped.
You might have a radiator fluids (air pockets) leak in the system or FITV needs adjusting.

Try redoing your radiator fluid and adjusting the FITV first. If that doesn't work, check out this guide: http://jdmcity.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=95

i did this on the same day of the radiator change, maybe this was the issue...not the radiator.
