I just got Pro Shift Lite "Auto Meter"
from my friend...and having a problem with installation
anyone got knowledge how to install it

PS I dont have stander and pills (only got 3.0pill and shift lite)

 

1. Mount the light somewhere visible to you. (try the little AC went on top of the dash by the A pillar)
2. connect these wires.
red wire - 12v w/ ignition on (find one, ain't hard)
green wire - connect to the blue wire under you dash or hood (that's that car's tach wire)
black wire - ground ( put in under a metal screw touching the metal chasis ) and do a good job of it too.

3. Watch you light go on when you hit 3000 rpms.
4. Order a 8000 rpm pill kit.

Didn't it come w/ instructions?... its pretty simple.
If you can't do this... don't try to do anything else on your car. I'm being sencere.

wires - it got Red,Green,Orange w/black dots
I guess black wire will be Orange w/black dots

I don't have any dots on my autometer shift lite wire.....

 

Do they make a 9000 RPM pill for that shift lite?

it got 3 wires so.. and people telling me
It needs 3 wires to install dont know, my brain got messed
I guess I got green,red so black wire should be orange w/black dots
cuz it only left
