Crawl in with a flashlight & have a friend douse the car with a hose. Don't bother with the weatherstripping if it's coming in thru the taillight. Or the sunroof drain hoses. Or that rust hole over there...

JIMBLAKE advice is the correct idea diagnose before replacing but from experience i would suggest that it is the tail lite gaskets i have replaced a **** load of them they get old, they crack and let water in , remove tail lite assembly and install new gaskets they cost around $ 5-6 dollars each and when replacing put a good beed of silicone in the body side of it

knowing the 90-93 accords......do you have any rust around the rear wheels?

On my old accord water would come in through the rust when i drove in the rain.
