Could be any B16a, B17a, or ITR head.
Honda had four castings of the PR3 head available (labeled PR3-X, where X is any number from 1-4).
There is absolutely no relevance to vehicle make or model to the head casting stamp.
If the surface of the ports changes in appearance after about 1" into the head (minor porting), and there is green paint by the distributor, then I would give it a 99% chance of it being an ITR head.
