That would be from a B16A. It's possible (however unlikely) it's from a B17, but that really wouldn't matter as it's the same head but with different cams. It's also possible (and equally unlikely) that it's a Type R head.

Well i have a friend that wrecked his b17 crx in the rear ill see if he wants to sell the head or anything. And woot i traded some 18' BBS wheels for a b16 head 15" BBS wheels and $150
