Default why is my e-brake light doesnt go off? When......

this started to happend 2days ago. every morning. 6am kinda cold weather, when i start up my car and release my e-brake my brake light still on. and after driving few mins it goes off. what makes this problem? e-brake work fine like other day and i dont see any problem. it only happend in the morning.

maybe cold making it stick to the sensor. does it do it any other time during the day?

I believe its your brake fluid level

Yes check to see if thats filled or not. My brake light would go on and off while driving, and all that needed to be done was to fill my brake fluid.

im fairly certain its your fluid level... I know this happened to me when I needed to add more fluid anyway.

yeah i had the same problem.. added fluid and it went off. try it.

Yup add your fluid like they have suggested and see if it stil does it. If not then it could be a sensor or the button that it sits down on

But I thought low fluid would turn on your ABS light?

iam talking about red letter that says "BRAKE" on upper right side on gauge.
and ya it doesnt go off when i release e-brake in cold weather. i ever happend other cold weather. started happend few days ago.
