OBD1 VTEC Motor Into 98, OBD2 Non-VTEC Harness, Help?

OBD1 VTEC Motor Into 98, OBD2 Non-VTEC Harness, Help?
This has probably been covered but I can't find anything on it.
Bought a OBD1 VTEC motor, I'm getting the ECU, etc. with the swap. I have a running OBD2 Non-vtec motor in my car. Is this swap easy? I know i need a jumper harness (I think thats the right term) to use the obd1 ecu on the obd2 car. I'm just a little confused; The whole wiring thing just scares me. Any help would be appreciated.
