Default Would this work on a 7thgen?

I saw this on the hks webpage and was wondering if anyone know for sure if it woudl work? it would be nice to remove that speed limiter on my car finally.....

according to the description thats what the thing is used for so it should work. email hks and ask them if your not sure what to do

well, i just ordered it, so hopefully it works. i will lwt you guys know how it goes.

i called hks and it seems like a very easy install:
yellow -> ECU side of speed sensor
white -> cars side of speed sensor
red -> 12v
black -> ground

ok i got it and i cant seem to get it to work. i spliced the speed sensor wire and connected all the wires as necessary, but when i started up the car it just stalled out. i left all the switches like thye came b/c that is what they said to do for the d17.
