Yes,

You can use full EX power doors and get the power windows and door locks. You'll need:
1) full door panels
2) power window regulators
3) floor harness with harness box

OR

You can do a jdm power window conversion which might cost a little less but is a bitch to wire up. I'll be doing a writeup on it, hopefully it'll be done this weekend.

Not to change the subject or anything but did the EX come with power everything standard or were they options? I know the sunroof was a standard option w/ power...unless Im wrong.

The ex came with power everything--windows, mirrors, locks, sunroof, and cruise control.

door panels are interchangeable. Only door panels that are not are the 4 doors.

I think the entire doors are interchangeable. 92-95 coupes and hatchbacks, regardless of the model.

I'm about to buy 2 complete manual doors from a 92 hatchback to replace my beat-to-hell passenger side door and have a working window on the driver side.

I'm going to swap out the electric stuff on my passenger side now and put it into the new passenger side door. Then I'm just going to run the switch to the new driver side so I can roll down the passenger side window w/out reaching across, and leaving the driver-side manual.

92-95 civic power windows have a tendency to crap out.
