MANUAL to POWER window conversion
I'm a moron so my other topic said "Power to Manual".... anyways...
I'm possibly buying both sets of lock motors, both sets of window motors, door harnesses, and the interior door panels with switches for a power window and lock conversion. All this is coming out of a 93 EX, and I have a 94 DX Coupe. Is that all I need to do a total power conversion? Or is there something missing that I still need?

You need the power lock control box (i don't know what it's called), but thats only if it wasn't included in your harness.

Re: MANUAL to POWER window conversion (DragII)
first get the wirring diagram from the back of your chiltons
then get the parts you you mentioned above (harnesses (actuator is used for power locks), switches, motors, panels)
spred all out on table and cut away unused wires from harness
connect all wires to car and your done
I have instructions (made my own) from my power window conversion on my 97 CX last week end but can not post pics B/C we-todd is not working right now
I deffinatley recomend this mod!
oh and make sure to grease rails wile they are out

Re: MANUAL to POWER window conversion (95hbMatt)
I was told you need the interior wiring harness that runs down the drivers side of the car under the carpet for it to be easier...but what if you don't have that?? I guess some diy wiring eh?!

Re: MANUAL to POWER window conversion (DR. ON POINT)

Re: MANUAL to POWER window conversion (DR. ON POINT)
Why is it such a pain in the ***? Wouldn't it be easier using the OEM stuff instead of a universal kit?
