water pump question ;[[[[
putting my motor back together, i got a waterpump from inlinefour.. as it was going on we realize theres no holes/locations in it for the 2 dowel locater pins. Everything else is exact, teeth, everything lines up, just that theres no holes for those pins. My old one has them, but i dunno whats up w/ this one ;[[..
any ideas? can it go on without the pins?

stock water pumps have dowel pins...
it's ok to use the ones without them(im using an aftermarket one and it doesn't have the dowels pins)
just make sure it all lines up and then torque them down to spec
