Default completly stripped bolt!!!!

ok, I got a bolt on this intake manifold on this damn D15b2( i know, crappy engine...its for a mini-me, dont worry) that is just totally stripped and fu**ed up. Someone allready has tried to cut it off, but was unsucessful. So it is partially cut off right now. Should I just keep trying to cut it off? Would a dremel do some damage on it ya think? What else would be better to cut it off, or just get it off?

Soak it in liquid wrench and tap it a little.

get a little propane torch. heat it up so that glows red, then use the tightest socket you can fit on it and remove it. You can also try vise grips too.

i had a stripped bolt. took it to a shop where they used an air chisel to get the bolt off. worked perfect. made a groove for the chisel to catch first, and then just used the chisel to spin the bolt off.

Heat does work the best but is it a stud or a bolt? You want to heat up the area that the bolt or stud goes into. Heat makes metal expand so you want to heat up the area that is holding it tight. Not too hot though especially on aluminum as it melts very quickly. Once it is heated up you should be able to get it out. You said it was partially cut off already....not sure which bolt or stud you are referring to so I cannot give any more detailed instructios.

people...it is allready halfway cut off

I know about all the techniques of how to get off a stripped bolt...its not that hard, but this one is cut halfway off, so thats why I pose the question

Its just the bolt that holds the intake manifold onto the head.
