Default b-series header flange diagram

Does anyone have a b-series header flange diagram.
Nobody in welding sections seems to want to give out the secret.

Why not just buy an exhaust gasket?

You don't know anyone with a B series motor that would let you pull their header off for a minute while you trace it?

This isnt like playing with crayons.
You cant just trace it.

I need it accurate to 1/1000 of an inch

Phew, I finally sourced a head gasket.

Just to make sure, the b-series are all the same as far as exhaust ports go, right?
(not including the b20)

Yes, they're all the same. But out of curiosity, what need do you have for such minute accuracy in terms of the flange?

i'm not even sure the gasket you are going to trace is made with 0.001 accuracy

It almost certainly isn't, and you'll find very small differences between the gasket ports, those of the head itself, and those found on stock and aftermarket exhaust manifolds.

That's basically what I was alluding to, the fact that such extreme accuracy really isn't necessary to construct a suitable header flange.

I was typing fast and accidentally added an extra zero.
I meant 1/100

Thats pretty much the standard
