Default Magnaflow Oval muffler vs ES tuning oval

Hey guys, i was just wondering how comparable are the magnaflow straight-through ovals to the es tuning ovals? They look pretty similar in size and outer construction. So lets say, you ran a resonated b-pipe of the same size to a magnaflow oval, and then to the es oval. Which would provide better gains with all else the same? Right now i have a magnaflow on ITR piping and it sounds deep and pretty loud. Thanks guys.

My Magnaflow oval straight thru design muffler is good on performance and not raspy at all, but is too loud for me. I have a header, resonated testpipe, resonator in the b pipe, and a resonated tip coming out the rear after the muffler, still too loud for me. I will be switching to a hi-flow chambered muffler and a larger resonator down the road after I finish rebuilding the engine for performance.

They're pretty much the same damn thing. Only one says ES and one says Magnaflow. Being that the Magnaflow is about half the price, it's kind of dumb not to go with it.

Ya, mine looked the same except the inlet or outlet was offset, can't remember which.

Yea mine looks exactly like that one in color and shape, however you can see less of mine because my 98+ bumper hides it more. Its not that loud just deep. Not high pitched at all, or tinny sounding.
