whats the torque spec on ARP rod bolts for Ls/vtec?

Holy cow, my ARP's are only 8mm for my RS. I have bolt envy.

Stock torque for B18A on the rod bolts is 23 lb/ft, does anyone know what it is for the 8mm ARP bolts?

just torque them to 26 ft/Ib loosen the nut torqu them agian to 26ft/Ib loosen them and then torque them agian to 26ft/Ib

i'm preatty sure its not 38 pounds
the ls rod rolts are smaller
i think its in the high 20's
