Default 00 em1 civic rear trailer arm bushing question?

Getting ready to do my rear suspension on my 00si tomorrow and was wondering if I would need to replace trailer arm bushing. I know its suggested and i would benefit from it but I was going to do The ES set later this summer. The bolt that goes in the bushing is locked up and I will probably have to cut it not going to drill out but cut factory shock and cut bolt, but I wonder if the bushing is still usable. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Also Im putting on the H&R cup kit and the shocks that I got dont have a threaded nut on the bottom of the shock where the bolt goes in any thoughts on what hardware would work.
Once again thanks for looking and any feedback on this.
