B16a in an EF HB. The car runs and accelerates extremely well. But on occasion the car when brought to a stop will idle for a few seconds then slowly die. When I try to start it back up it wont. Then after a few mins I crank it up and its fine. Also when pumping the brake pedal at idle the idle increases and decreases by about 500 rpm(it goes up and down) I have tested the eacv and the fuel pressure reg. and map sensor and all are good. I have replaced the fuel pump and swapped in a coil. suggestions please

 

fast idle thermo valve?

 

check these 2 things
1) IACV (idle air control valve) take it off clean the screen
2) for your brakes, check the brake booster line that comes off the top of the intake manifold. i suspect you have a leak in it wich causes your idle to fluctuate when you press the brakes.

yep what they said are the problems that you need to check its something vacume wich is both of those right there.
