whats the diference between a cable and a hydro tranny? search didn't give a answer.

youre lucky i dont feel like flaming right now... one is a cable actuated clutch and the other is hydraulically actuated... no more questions... just search... or read a freakin helms manual

if you have a 92 up civic, 94-97 del sol, or 94 up teg then hydro... if you have an 88-91 civic/crx or 90-93 teg then you need cable

Oh yeah, there is a cable to hydro conversion out there, if you happen to have an older Civic/Integra.

personally i like the way cable feels better but with hydro you can get a much newer tranny and you dont have to mess with the conversion and all... so id stick with whatever your car is made for

They both work the same! Doesn't have to do anything with boost, it's up to your clutch. Stick to what you have.
